It is very gentle and perfectly dissolves and removes makeup. It does not sting the eyes. It has a nice packaging with a spatula.

I do a double cleansing every night, the balm is great for that, after using it for a long time my clogged pores were visibly cleared, it doesn't dry out, but I used it up very quickly. For that price, I personally prefer to buy a make-up removing oil that lasts longer. The minus for me was the rather strong, not very pleasant smell. Otherwise, I would easily buy it again.

Since I cleanse my skin in two phases - first a make-up remover balm and then a cleansing gel, I have tried different make-up remover products, different oils, make-up remover milks, balms, but this cleansing balm is the best for my sensitive skin with enlarged pores. I'm buying I don't know which package anymore and I'm not looking for another make-up remover balm.

I received it as a gift for shopping. I was very happy for the first four days, it wasn't drying, but I was a little nervous about the strong smell. I have psoriasis, rosacea and eczema on my face and on the fifth day I was very red and my skin burned intensely. I'm pretty sure it's because of the strong perfume. If you like scented products, this is the product for you. If you are sensitive to strong fragrances in skincare products, I do not recommend this product, despite its amazing texture.
